I noticed totally different prices in different countries for Spotify premium. I'm from the UK and I'm paying £9.99 a month. But in another countries price is €5.99. Frankly, I'm upset about this behaviour from Spotify and I'm going to change country I'm accessing Spotify from.

Record labels may only want their music to be available in certain countries, so if Spotify only get permission for some regions, then they can only make the music available in said areas.
